2024 CONFERENCE
The 4-day conference attracts hundreds of performing arts professionals who gather to plan performances, network, learn, and develop lasting relationships that extend into communities around the province. The event is attended by presenting organizations from BC, across Canada and the US, as well as artists, agents, funders, arts advocacy and service organizations.

JURIED SHOWCASES
There will be approximately 22 Mainstage Showcases. Showcase performances are approximately 15 minutes, with the option of a longer format for theatre and dance performances.
This year there will be Mainstage music, dance, and theatre, as well as a family and a cabaret-style showcase.
SHORT 5 SHOWCASES
The selection committee will select artists and companies to participate in 20 Short 5 Showcases. The Short 5’s will be held in a dance and theatre friendly space, at the Rotary Centre for the Arts on the Mary Irwin Theatre stage, with access to projection and basic audio/visual equipment.

Showcase applications are now available on I Want to Showcase.
Applicants must provide high-quality support materials as part of the application. Materials include live performance videos, photos, bios, tech requirements and stage plots. Applicants must also list their availability and fees for touring.
A $55 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of your application.
