Pacific Contact 2024 Rates
Online Registration opens on Monday January 8, 2024.
Pacific Contact registration rates for BCTC Members are listed below. Non-member rates are available and marked by an * below. To join membership or to see a list of current members, visit our membership page.
Regular rate registrations are available up until March 22nd. From March 23rd all rates increase by $50.
Conference registration includes one reception and refreshment breaks, four meal options can be purchased at the time of registration.
There is no onsite registration at the conference.
Presenters Full Conference
This section is for presenters who are actively booking shows and who would like to participate in all activities at Pacific Contact.
- Presenter 4 Day Pass – 1 delegate – $450.00*
- Presenter 4 Day Pass – 1 additional delegate (same organization) – $250.00*
- GST @ 5% will be added
Artist & Agents Full Conference
This section is for artists, artistic companies, agents and managers who register in order to promote and book artists. Registration includes a booth in the Contact Room
(trade show) if available, priority will be given to showcasing artists and agents. All showcasing artists must be represented in the contact room for the duration of the conference.
- Agent/Artist Representative 4 Day Pass – 1 delegate – $450.00*
- Artist/Manager 4 Day Pass – 1 delegate – $400.00*
- Agent/Artist Rep/Artist/Manager 4 Day Pass – 1 additional delegate (same organization) – $250.00*
- GST @ 5% will be added
Industry Association Full Conference
This section is for arts service organizations, municipalities, funding organizations, independent organizations and all levels of Government.
- Industry Association 4 Day Pass – 1 delegate – $350.00
- GST @ 5% will be added
Single Day Delegates
Single day registration does not include a booth for Artist / Agent. Rates are the same for members/non-members
- Presenter/Agent/Industry 1 Day Pass – 1 delegate: $250.00
- Presenter/Agent/Industry 1 Day Pass – additional delegate (same organization): $150.00
- Artist 1 Day Pass – 1 delegate – $50.00
- GST @ 5% will be added
Meals – All Delegates
- Lunch – Thursday and Friday – $25.00
- Dinner – Friday – $50.00
- Awards Gala Dinner – Saturday – $75.00 each
- GST @ 5% will be added
