All showcase artists MUST be represented in the Contact Room/trade show area on the day of their performance. There will be a Contact room every day of the Conference April 13-15.
Online Registration opens January 30, 2023. You are required to register by February 14th.
You are required to respond to all requests for information, forms etc in a timely and professional manner
You are required to be available to showcase on any days outlined in your offer.
