Into the Act

The BC Touring Council seeks proposals from BC-based non-profit performing arts presenters, including arts and cultural festival presenters for Into the Act. Into the Act provides financial assistance to presenters to create opportunities for early-career artists from Canada representing all disciplines and genres.

Into the Act allows early-career artists to work with presenters and other artists, reach new audiences, and gain practical experience and knowledge about touring and presenting in BC. Please see the definition in the guidelines for early-career artists.

  • COMPONENT B. Engage early-career artists in a showcase, special event or series, or present an artist as part of a tour in BC.

.

Do I need to have my artists confirmed before applying?
