CAPACOA’s The Succession Plan at Pacific Contact
The Canadian Arts Presenting Association (CAPACOA) is pleased to partner with BCTC for a second year to deliver a specialized program for emerging and mid-career mid-career presenters, artistic directors, agents, managers, administrators and other arts professionals – called The Succession Plan (TSP). The TSP seeks to advance professional and personal development by providing participants with the tools and support they need to become leaders in their community.
TSP participants and mentors meet daily for one-on-one meetings, peer group discussions and are fully integrated into all of the Pacific Contact networking activities. We are pleased to welcome such an exceptional group of arts professionals to the TSP program. Please help us extend a warm welcome to the participants and mentors at Pacific Contact. We would also like to thank CAPACOA’s Board President, Paul Gravett, who will be facilitating the program on-site!
