This is Pacific Contact 2017 – Price List – For Information ONLY

Contact Room – Type 1

This section is for artists, agents, representatives and organizations who register in order to promote and book artists, groups or organization(s) at Pacific Contact 2017 Contact Room (tradeshow area) .

  • 4 Days – 1 individual (delegate) for Artists/Artistic Company: $475.00 for 4’x2′ table, $550.00 for 6’x2′ table
  • 4 Days – 1 individual (delegate) for Agents/Managers: $550.00 for 4’x2′ table, $650.00 for 6’x2′ table
  • 4 Days – 1 additional delegate $180.00 (same organization)
  • GST @ 5% will be added

Note: No Day rate or Shared booth space is available

Presenters – Type 2

This section is for presenters and observers who are active booking shows for their venues and communities and who would like to participate in all the activities at Pacific Contact 2017, as non-exhibitors.

  • 4 Days – 1 individual for the organization (delegate) $425.00
  • 4 Days – 1 additional delegate (same organization) $180.00
  • Day rate per person $225.00 (Type 3 Registration)
  • GST @ 5% will be added

Meals & Hospitality Events – All Delegates

  • Lunch – Friday, Saturday $24.00 each
  • Beer and Pizza Night – Friday $35.00 each
  • Awards Dinner – Saturday $50.00 each
  • GST @ 5% will be added
  • (Thursday Opening Reception – Complimentary)
  • (Sunday Annual General Meeting Brunch – Complimentary)

Cancellation policy: ALL refunds are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. Full registration fee refund (minus $50/admin charge) will be available up until February 27, 2017. After Feb 27th, 50% will be refunded and no registration refunds will be made after March 17th, 2017. By registering for the conference you agree with this policy regardless of method of payment.
