The Next 10: Imagine The Future – AEA Youth Advisory Panel, Crystal Ballroom 1 L3
Over the past six months BCTC has engaged youth from around the province in the Aspiring & Emerging Artist Touring and Training Initiative (AEA). The AEA program, launched in September 2015, offered a unique opportunity to build relationships with creative, young people from around the province. We invited them to become co-creators and influencers in helping shape our programs, and to provide input for future initiatives.
In this session, members of the AEA Advisory Council have been invited to Pacific Contact to share their interests, motivations, and aspirations. These aspiring and emerging artists, administrators and professionals will discuss their goals, and provide feedback to spark fresh thinking about the way we approach presenting and touring, and about how we can encourage aspiring and emerging artists and audiences in future.
