Pacific Contact 2015 – April 10 to 12

Same registration prices as last year!
Regular rates are in effect until March 15, 2015.
Starting March 16th the price will go up $50.00 per registration. Online Registration will close April 2 , 2015.

Contact Room

This section is for artists, agents, representatives and organizations who register in order to promote and book artists, groups or organization(s) at Pacific Contact 2015 Contact Room (tradeshow area) .

3 Days – 1 individual (delegate) $420.00 (4′X2′ table for small organizations), $595.00 (8′X2′ table),  $745.00 (12′X2′ table)
3 Days – 1 individual (delegate) $495.00 (4′X2′ table  for large organizations), $670.00 (8′X2′ table),  $820.00 (12′X2′ table)
3 Days – 1 additional delegate $150.00 (same organization)
Day rate per person – (not available)
GST @ 5% will be added

Presenters

This section is for presenters and observers who are active booking shows for their venues and communities and who would like to participate in all the activities at Pacific Contact 2015, as non-exhibitors.

3 Days – 1 individual (delegate) $370.00
3 Days – 1 additional delegate (same organization) $150.00
Day rate per person $195.00
GST @ 5% will be added

Meals & Hospitality Events – All Delegates

Lunch – Friday, Saturday  $24.00 each
Dinner – Saturday $45.00 each
Closing Party – Sunday $45.00 each
GST @ 5% will be added
(Friday Dinner “Dine Arounds”, pay on your own )
(Sunday Annual General Meeting Lunch – Complimentary)

Cancellation policy: ALL refunds are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. Full registration fee refund (minus $50/admin charge)  will be available up until February 28, 2015. After Feb 28th,  50% will be refunded and no registration refunds will be made after March 21st, 2015.  By registering for the conference you agree with this policy regardless of method of payment.
