At 8:30 AM four delegates will make a 6.66 minute presentation in pecha kucha format (twenty slides, each lasting no more than twenty seconds) on the topic: How has your work in the last year or two had a transformative impact on a person, a group of people or a community? Following the pecha kucha session, each participant will be asked to think about someone or a group that their work has transformed and share this with someone they’ve not met before

Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night Jerry Yoshitomi
Crystal Ballroom 1, L3

Our communities benefit greatly from our programs and deserve strong programs into the future. What planning and revenue methods are in place to assure that future? If they’re not in place, how can we do so? As many groups consider succession transition and engagement of millennials in organizations, we are called to ramp up, not ramp down.
Session objective: people will return to their communities with increased motivation to continue programming at scale and a planning process to make that happen.
