Contact Room – Tradeshow Area

The Contact Room is where Type 1 registrants (artists/agents/artistic companies) set up table displays and discuss bookings and touring with BC presenters.  There are 3-2 hour sessions over the conference (see Schedule At A Glance). Tables are listed in the Pacific Contact Program Guide, on the PC app and this webpage in 2018.

Table (Booth) Sizes

  • Small Table – 4’x2′
  • Medium Table – 6’x2′

Prices

  • 4 Days – 1 individual (delegate) for Artists/Artistic Company: $500.00 for 4’x2′ table, $575.00 for 6’x2′ table
  • 4 Days – 1 individual (delegate) for Agents/Managers: $575.00 for 4’x2′ table, $675.00 for 6’x2′ table
  • 4 Days – 1 additional delegate $200.00 (same organization)
  • GST @ 5% will be added
