BCTC Membership Renewal, November 1
Current BCTC membership expires October 31st and we’re looking forward to a strong renewal of memberships for the new fiscal year beginning November 1st. This year, in addition to your membership renewal, BCTC is asking for your additional support. There are a number of ways you can help us. On September 15, British Columbia lost a great impresario and arts advocate, David Y.H. Lui. David was a founding director of the BC Touring Council and well known as a producer responsible for bringing some of the world’s greatest productions and performers to the stages of Vancouver. To commemorate his life and work, local and national Canadian artists, performers and friends will gather at David Y.H. Lui – A Celebration, 2 pm Sunday, October 23 at the Vancouver Playhouse, to perform, to speak and to remember a man who changed the face of the arts in British Columbia.
