All Ages – Providing a space for creatives on Vancouver’s East Side, this neighbourhood corner store features unique, custom made goods, a gallery and more.
On the corner of Vernon and Hastings in the old Shop Rite building, Shop Wrong is an alternative community space. This indigenous run space is host to block parties, barbeques, gatherings, local artists murals, music video shoots, and studio space. It is also a store for This Is East Van clothing company.
Through Shop Wrong, Indigenous youth participate in free carving and language workshops, street artists model in the occasional runway show and artists enjoy an unconventional gallery space to display their work.
