On behalf of BCTC Board and staff we wish you all a peaceful and joyful time during the holiday season. Congratulations on your accomplishments in 2011. We wish you all the best for 2012.

BCTC Office Holiday Hours

The BC Touring Council office will be closed from Thursday, December 22nd reopening on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012.

Hilton Vancouver (Metrotown) Conference Hotel
The Vancouver (Metrotown) Hilton is the location for all conference activities except showcases. If you plan to stay at the conference hotel you need to call and book your reservation as soon as possible. A block of rooms have been reserved for delegates. The special room rate will be available until March 5th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Guests wishing to arrive early and/or leave late and take advantage of our good hotel rates for an extra stay may do so. By Telephone: Each individual guest must make his or her own reservations by calling the hotel directly at (604) 438-1200. Advertising and Sponsorship opportunities are a great way to increase exposure for you or your organization. It also shows your strong support for the BC Touring Council, our programs and services and helps offset the cost of many aspects of Pacific Contact.
